Dubai’s Opening a New Mind-Bending Virtual Reality Theme Park
Remember the Pokémon Go craze? Well, we’ve got a lot more virtual and augmented reality games coming our way. Dubai is opening a new entertainment attraction that’s really going to change the way you see things. Here are the details…
VR theme park opening at The Dubai Mall
VR Park is a virtual reality theme park set to open at The Dubai Mall in the first half of 2018. Combining augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR), the park will feature immersive rides, interactive games and plenty of opportunities to escape reality (including a rollercoaster experience.)
The theme park will be set across two levels of the mall and focus on the concept of ‘Shared Escapism’. Many of the attractions offer a multi-player experience, allowing visitors to interact with one another and live the experience with friends.
