1. Sample the food trucks

Once you work up at appetite at Kite Beach Dubai, head over to the food trucks where you’ll find tasty picks including burgers from SALT and Latin specialties from Taqado Mexican Kitchen.
2. Go for a run
If you’re a fitness enthusiast, you’ll love the 14-kilometre track designed for runners and cyclists. With distance markers printed along the way, Kite Beach Dubai one of our favourite spots for an outdoor workout,
3. Hit the skatepark
The XDubai Skatepark is a dream space for the city’s skateboarding community. It features 3,100 square metres of concrete bliss designed with a mix of street elements, rails, quarter-pipe ramps and a dizzying pro-level bowl with a 3.2 metre drop.
insydo tip: The skatepark’s popularity is also its biggest downside, since it translates to loads of visitors all competing for limited space.
4. Play a game of volleyball

You’ll find a number of volleyball courts scattered across Kite Beach Dubai – perfect for a day of fun with friends. If you’re looking for something a bit more structured, you’ll find plenty of leagues arranging games here throughout the year.
insydo tip: There are just a limited number of courts so be sure to get there early to reserve to claim the space.
5. Unwind with a book
If you love reading a good book while lounging in the sun, you’ve got to check out the beach library here. With a selection of titles for kids and adults, everybody’s encouraged to borrow a book from the kiosk (at no charge, of course.)
insydo tip: Titles come in English and Arabic – and book donations are also welcomed.
6. Go paddle boarding

For a chill time on the water, Kite Beach Dubai is the perfect spot to go paddle boarding. With a number of water sports companies offering rental boards, it’s one of our favourite weekend activities in the city.
insydo tip: Be sure to check out Kite N’ Surf on the beach; they offers SUP rentals for AED 125 (2 hours).
7. Plan an adventure

Give your kids a thrilling experience at Wire World, an outdoor adventure park with awesome obstacles for young guests. From the ‘Swinging Tarzan’ zipline to an aerial ropes course, it’s really popular with families.
