1. Beginner & Signature at Physique 57 Dubai
Physique 57 Dubai is hand-down one of our favourite barre studios in town. Think pumping beats, energetic vibes and awesome instructors that never let you give up. Each class is 57 minutes long, and the workouts are choreographed to maximise every minute. So you can expect to see results after only a few classes. Try your first class for free!

2. Booty Barre at Cafe de la Danse
Want to tone up your booty? One of the main perks of Booty Barre classes in Dubai is that they’re so much fun. The class at Cafe de la Danse is taught by the super talented Milla – who’s also an incredible pole, aerial and dance instructor!

3. Barre at Yoga House
Another great studio for barre classes in Dubai is Yoga House at The Greens. We love Karen’s classes, which mixes together dance, pilates and yoga to tone up the full body.

If you’re looking for a barre class that mixes in a bit of cardio as well, this one’s for you! The barre classes at The Platform Dubai are fast-paced, fun, energetic, and will leave you sore for days!

5. Define Body at Define Dubai
Last but definitely not the least – this 60-minute high-intensity barre class is not for the faint-hearted! It’s one of the more challenging classes in town, and the barre instructors at Define Dubai won’t rest until you’re dripping in sweat.
