Everything about the slow-cooked lamb biryani at Tresind, from the presentation to the taste, is great. Definitely one to add to your biryani bucket lists! Tresind also serves chicken and prawn biryani, which we’re sure is equally as delicious.

5. Cafe Nikki
This one really was a surprise. We had zero expectations when ordering the chicken biryani from Cafe Nikki, but it turned out to be one of the best we’ve ever had! The chicken biryani is spicy, has the perfect amount of masala and is served in a good quantity too.

4. Indego by Vineet
From a coconut Goan style prawn biryani to a wild mushroom biryani for the vegetarians, Indego by Vineet has its own creative spin on the traditional biryanis. However, our favourite biryani on the menu is the Nawaabi Dum Murg chicken tikka biryani topped with egg.

Want to dine like a queen? Mahec’s menu has been created by celebrity chef Satish Arora, who has cooked for Queen Elizabeth, Amitabh Bachchan and Marilyn Monroe! As expected, the slow-cooked lamb biryani at the restaurant is divine. They also have really good raita.

With a rating of 4.8 on Zomato, we expected everything from this restaurant to be awesome – and they didn’t disappoint! The biryani is yummm! Not very spicy, but packed with lots of flavour.

Spicy, super flavourful, and the perfect proportions of masala and rice – ‘wow’ is literally the only thing we could say after having one bite of the chicken biryani at iZ. Before you run off to try it, you should know that it’s pretty expensive for the (tiny) portion size. However, this is definitely a biryani worth saving up for. Forget about the best biryani in Dubai, this iz the best biryani in the country!
