Fashion forward, sophisticated and oh-so stylish, the Riviera Chic Brunch is set to offer the ultimate poolside Mediterranean escape. Get ready to be transported to the cobblestoned coast of Saint-Tropez, complete with inflatable flamingos, mouth-watering dishes and sinfully sweet desserts. This elegant brunch is about to bring together the fashion and flavours of the French Riviera to the heart of Downtown Dubai.
Please your palate
Enjoy poolside drinks while a delicious selection of authentic Mediterranean-inspired dishes are served to your table. Expect well-known delicacies from all over the South of France including Pissaladière (a pizza-like tart with onions) from Nice, Bouillabaisse (a traditional Provençal fish stew) from the port city of Marseille, Salade Niçoise from Nice, and Petits Farcis (stuffed baked vegetables).
Treat your sweet tooth
Make sure you leave room for dessert as the brunch will be offering an array of must-try sweet treats. The Tarte Tropézienne will tease your tastebuds with its creamy brioche pastry while the Tarte au Citron will offer a tangy lemon meringue kick. *droooool*
Feel those French vibes
And now, for the fun part… Inflatable flamingos will be soaking up the sun in the main pool while a French band sets the mood with some Parisian rhythm. But, that’s not all… A Pétanque court will also be available where brunchers can take part in a traditional French game of boules (rolling and throwing balls).
