Dubai Metro, Bus Timings and FREE Parking for Eid Al Adha 2018
If you plan on using public transport during the Eid Al Adha 2018 holidays, take note of some changes in timings and services. From Dubai Metro timings to bus timings and free parking, here’s everything you need to know for getting around town…
Free parking in Dubai
All paid parking zones will be free across Dubai (and Abu Dhabi) from Sunday, August 19 until Friday, August 24 (except for multi-level parking lots.) Paid parking fees will be reactivated on Saturday, August 25.
Dubai Metro timings:
- Metro Red Line stations will operate from 5am-2am (the following day) — Monday, 20 August to Thursday, 23 August. Weekend: Friday, 24 August (10am-2am) and Saturday, 25 August (5am-2am).
- Metro Green Line stations will operate from 5:30am-2am (the following day) — Monday, 20 August to Thursday, 23 August. Weekend: Friday, 24 August (10am-2am) and Saturday, 25 August (5:30am-2am).
- Dubai Tram will be in service from 6am to 1am — Saturday to Thursday. On Friday, operations run from 9am-1am.
