Eid Al Adha holidays for private sector revealed
The UAE private sector will have Eid Al Adha holidays starting from Monday, August 20 until Wednesday, August 22… which means it’s back to work on Thursday, August 23.
While many were hoping for a long unobstructed weekend, the UAE public sector is still set to enjoy a week-long break to mark the auspicious holiday.
What is Eid Al Adha?
Eid Al Adha is a three-day festival known as the Feast of Sacrifice or ‘big Eid’. It marks the climax of the hajj, the sacred journey to Mecca undertaken by millions of Muslims each year.
Any other public holidays this summer?
