Plans for new Dubai ‘infinity bridge’ unveiled
The new Shindagha Bridge over Dubai Creek is part of the massive AED 5 billion Shindagha Corridor project, which will extend 13 km along Sheikh Rashid Street. Its jaw-dropping design is based on the mathematical symbol for infinity.
The stunning new Dubai bridge will extend for 295 meters (150 meters of which will be over Dubai Creek), and will rise 15.5 meters above the water level, allowing various types of boats to pass underneath. It will feature six lanes in each direction along with pedestrian crossings.
