Oman visa requirements:
- Visa applicants travelling to the Sultanate of Oman must have a valid passport valid for six months
- Applicants must have a valid visa to the United States, the UK, Canada, Australia, or the Schengen countries – at the time of applying.
- A return airline ticket and a hotel reservation in Oman is also mandatory.
The Oman visa will costs 20 Omani riyals (about AED 191), and will be valid for 1 month.
New Oman visa rules for 28 countries:
The Sultanate will begin granting a non-sponsored Oman e-visa to nationalities from 28 more countries. Here’s the list of nationalities now exempt from requiring a sponsor:

- Chinese
- Cuba
- Costa Rica
