Eye of the Emirates relocating to Sharjah amusement park
The Eye of the Emirates ferris wheel is being relocated from its current home in Al Qasba – where it opened in 2005 – to Al Montazah Parks, an amusement & water park in Sharjah currently being revamped.
Looming over the emirate at 60 meters high, Eye of the Emirates is one of the most visible landmarks in Sharjah. Featuring 42 air-conditioned cabins, its new location is set to provide visitors with spectacular views to enjoy. Moving work is scheduled to begin this weekend, though a relaunch date has yet to be announced.
