2. Boracay Island
Why you’ll love it: Regularly voted as the people’s choice for “Best Island in the World”, Boracay became so popular that the island was shut down for six months in 2018 to help rehabilitate the natural landscape. Luckily, it’s set to welcome back visitors starting October 26… but beach parties and water sports are now officially banned and only 19,000 tourists will be allowed on the island at any given time.
Great for… white powdered beaches and snorkeling in crystal clear waters.
