Dates For the ‘Dubai Shopping Festival’ Have Been Confirmed…
The Dubai Shopping Festival is back, shopoholics… and this edition will give you a bunch of reasons to swipe your Debit card for mall discounts – across all retail categories (we’re looking at you, Nike store!)
DSF will begin on December 26 (the day after Christmas) and run until January 27, 2018. It’s the 23rd edition of the festival, attracting millions of visitors to Dubai’s countless shopping districts.
Dubai Shopping Festival is coming back strong
On December 26, a huge 12-hour sale takes place on day one of Dubai Shopping Festival. Six Majid Al Futtaim malls are participating, including Mall of the Emirates and City Centre malls in Deira, Mirdif and Ajman. Expect to find even bigger discounts on already marked-down goods. This one should be good (but frustratingly busy… no surpirse!)
In addition to… the retail promotions, expect free concerts by international and Middle Eastern stars, along with daily mega raffles, luxury car giveaways, gold and cash prizes. As always, expect some typical DSF blow-aways.
Families and date-nighters… expect the skies to light up every weekend as massive fireworks displays go up in locations like The Beach at JBR, Global Village, Dubai Creek and Festival City Mall. Who doesn’t love a good fireworks display… woo-hoo!
