The works of Van Gogh come to life
The immersive multimedia show is titled Van Gogh Alive, running from 14 January to 26 February at the Abu Dhabi National Theatre. The exhibition will then move to Dubai Design District from 11 March to 23 April.
Displaying Van Gogh’s masterpieces in larger-than-life proportions, visitors will explore his work and life experiences during the period 1880 to 1890. Classical music will also accompany the walk-through, as guests soak up the masterpieces illuminated via high-definition projectors.
More than 3,000 Van Gogh images at enormous scale will create a thrilling display that fills giant screens, walls, columns, ceilings and the floor – immersing visitors in the vibrant colours and vivid details that constitute Van Gogh’s unique style. It’s definitely one not to miss.
