Boasting a cinema setup on the lawn outside West 14th at Oceana Beach Club on the Palm, families are welcome to come down to this seaside hangout where everything from kiddie classics to commercial flicks are screened every Thursday evening. Best part? The evening includes an American-style BBQ, drinks and snacks that go perfectly with the atmosphere.
5. Give the kiddies some fun in Marina
Promising family-friendly fun till the end of April, Dubai Marina Mall has set up a giant screen on the promenade showing kiddie favourites from 101 Dalmatians to the Secret Life of Pets every day from 5:30 to 8pm. Oh, and the screenings are totally free! If you’re feeling peckish, you can pick up some savoury snacks from a few of our favourite Dubai food trucks nearby.
6. Enjoy the classics in a garden setting
Head to the Habtoor Grand Resort in Dubai Marina every Saturday, Sunday & Monday and catch popular films from E.T to Avatar. Nestled in the luxury hotel’s massive gardens, movie-goers can take in the scenic sights of the Marina as they munch on a mix of popcorn and nachos.
7. Enjoy ‘Movies Under the Stars’
If you’re looking to plan an intimate date night, Dubai’s ever-popular Movie Under the Stars is a magical experience that couples will love.
