Cirque du Soleil is Coming to Dubai With an Amazing New Avatar Show
Get ready to witness a whole lot of blue: James Cameron’s iconic film Avatar is coming to life in Dubai with a new Cirque du Soleil show planned for next year.
Inspired by the groundbreaking 2009 blockbuster, Cirque du Soleil will have 2-week run at Dubai World Trade Centre with the breathtaking immersive stage show Toruk – The First Flight.

Running from January 4 to January 17, the 2-hour show is set in the fictional world of Pandora and will be narrated by a Na’vi storyteller. It depicts a tale set three thousand years before the events of the Avatar film, with Cameron himself giving the green light on the project.
Cirque du Soleil is well-known for their elaborate productions, and this show looks to be no different. Check out the trailer of the show below:
Pre-register for tickets
Tickets will go on pre-sale for pre-registered customers and Cirque Club members on Tuesday, October 17 at 11am. Tickets for the general public go on sale October 20 at 11am. Tickets start from AED 295 per person from www.tixbox.com.
